JUST YOU, ME & THE ENTIRE SCG
I was luck enough to be invited along by Roshini McCartin as second shooter for Siobhan and Matt's Sydney wedding. It was my very first wedding and I was nervous with a capital N! But i needn't have worried. Rosh was fantastic to shadow, I learnt a lot, and I had an incredible day.
Siobhan and Matt were married in a beautiful Edgecliff church surrounded by friends and family. They are extremely close with all of their nieces and nephews, and this was evident in their involvement in every aspect of the day. From handing out orders of service to walking down the aisle, you could feel how proud the kids were to be a part of things.
After the ceremony, we all made our way to the Sydney Cricket Grounds for the reception. As members, Siobhan and Matt had the unique opportunity of booking out the entire stadium for their celebrations, with the reception held in the members stand. To stand on the field of the SCG with just a handful of other people in the entire stadium was all kinds of magical and 100% a bucket list item. Thank you Rosh for giving me the opportunity!
