HOW FAR DO YOU TRAVEL?

Whilst I am based in the Southern Highlands NSW, I am open to traveling throughout NSW, and even more broadly should the opportunity arise. I may charge an additional travel fee or require a night or two of accommodation, however I endeavour to keep these costs low for you as I know from experience what an expensive affair a wedding can be.

What kind of wedding photography packages do you offer?

I currently offer three different wedding photography packages. These differ by the number of hours I will be shooting for and the amount of images that you will receive. I offer a 6 hour package, an 8 hour package and a 10 hour package. Package prices start at $3000. Should you require something a little different to my set packages, I am more than happy to work together to personally tailor something that suits your individual needs.

which package should i choose?

When selecting a package, it is important to consider what is most important to you. Would you like me to capture your whole day, or do you need to prioritise the parts that are most important to you in order to keep costs low? The 10 hour package allows me to capture the vast majority of your day; both the bride and groom getting ready, the ceremony, reception and bridal portraits, as well as your guests dancing the night away. The 8 hour package requires some prioritising, and if you select this package we will need to work closely on your runsheet to ensure that we're able to capture some preparation shots as well as perhaps an early first dance and cake cut. The 6 hour package is best suited to smaller and more intimate weddings on a smaller time frame. If you choose to go with this package you'll likely either have to choose whether you'd like me there to capture the start of your day or the night time shenanigans. If you're struggling to decide, I find the best thing to do is to start from what time you would like me to finish and work back from there. I'm always more than happy to talk all this through.

Do you have back up equipment?

I always ensure that I attend weddings with multiple camera bodies, lenses and additional memory cards incase of any kind of failure on the day.

How far in advance do we need to book you?

I operate on a first come, first served basis. I cannot hold dates without receiving your 30% deposit. Some people approach me while their date is still flexible in order to work around availability.

How should I factor in time for photographs when putting together my run sheet?

There are a number of factors to consider when scheduling time for bridal portraits on the day of your wedding. Whilst I don't want to take up a huge portion of your day, it is important to set an adequate amount of time aside as things often run late. I like to allow approximately 75 minutes for bridal portraits, a portion of which will be spent with the whole bridal party and the rest just with the bride and groom. Depending on the time of year that your wedding is held (daylight savings etc), it is important to consider lighting in order to get the most out of your bridal session. Often, I will get the majority of shots done in the portrait session, and then sneak the bride and groom out a little later to capture them in that glorious golden light as the sun goes down. Please get in touch with me prior to finalising your run sheet to ensure that we can organise the best possible schedule for your day.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PHOTOGRAPHS?

I will have a sneak peak of 6 high resolution images to you within 24 hours so that you are able to use them for your wedding announcement. You will receive the remainder of your images via an online gallery within 8 weeks of your wedding. Images will be a combination of colour and black and white.

How will my photographs be delivered?

Your edited images will be delivered to you within 8 weeks of your wedding date via an online gallery. From there, you will be able to download all of the images to your own devices, and print high resolution images at a photo lab. I provide you with two copies of every image, a web resolution version for uploading to social media platforms, and a high resolution version for quality printing and enlargements. I strongly advise you to save your digital images in multiple locations.

Will I have access to all of the images you take on the day?

You will receive a lovingly curated gallery full of the very best shots from your day. Whilst a big part of my job is being there to capture your day, I also spend hours behind the scenes culling duplicates, selecting the most high quality images and lovingly editing each of them to ensure that your entire gallery is a beautiful representation of your day. Trust me to select the very best for you, and to leave out the ones with eyes half closed and conversations mid spoken.
