This was a shoot that was especially close to my heart, as Remi's big brother Navy's birth was the very first birth I photographed. I will always be especially grateful to Nicki and Mitch for inviting me into their birthing space and entrusting me to capture Navy's birth at the very beginning of my career as a birth photographer. It has been such a pleasure to watch this beautiful family grow over the last couple of years. It's these kinds of shoots that really solidify why I do what I do, and why I love it so much.
